MARIE

AGUs are watercolor figures that come to life after they are illustrated by hand, transferred and then digitally printed. Each illustration has her/his life story and each Muca bag has its own Agu but since they are velcroed, it is up to you to decide which Agu you want to carry around with you.

Marie was born in the city of Persepolis in B.C. 2nd and continues her life in Paris now. So although she is very old, she doesn’t look a day over 18. There is no story or fairytale that she has not seen and heard or been a part of. And she has known so many people in her long life. Say when Marie lived in India and worked as a fisherman, she had an encounter with the Mogul Emperor Chengis Khan which led him to change his mind about conquering India. Also, the song Yellow Submarine, by the famous rock band Beatles, is actually a children’s song written by Paul Mccartney as he was inspired by the fairytales told to him by  his French nanny - Marie! Since then Marie has inspired many talented artists and made many children believe in magic of life. In the 90s, Marie wanted to lead a simpler life and moved to Paris. Here, she opened up a pastry shop and began delicious cakes that her grandma Nestle Maison de Peage taught her. Marie, also is, one of the first women to have ever voted in France
